Printable Tips & Tricks
✔️ Printer: I use an HP Envy inkjet and love it for color
✔️ Paper: 80-100 lb white cardstock for tags and labels I also use HP Instant Ink, which automatically sends ink before I run out & is a set price per month based on how many pages you print (no buying individual cartridges).
It's great if you: • Want to print full sheets of color • Hate buying cartridges • Want predictable costs
If you want to print on sticker paper, here's a affordable matte option.
📎 No Printer? Use Staples (or a Local Print Shop)
No home printer? Totally fine. You can upload your files to Staples or a local print shop and print on cardstock for under $1 per page.

Most are designed to be print-and-use (easy + done). Some may include editable Canva versions when it makes sense, but the goal is always to keep them simple and fast to use.
