It's no secret by now that I kind of, sort of like bright colors. And while the traditional orange and black have their time and place, when it comes to Halloween crafts I tend to go the more rainbow route. With 2017 being the year of crazy rainbow treats, I thought it was only appropriate to bring in some of that sweet ol' trend into these Halloween cupcake toppers. - Scissors
- Toothpicks

How to Make Halloween Cupcake Toppers:
- Download the printable Halloween cupcake toppers and print on white cardstock (I use Neenah 65# Bright White).
- Use a scissors or exacto knife to cut along edges.
- Attach a toothpick to the back of each one with tape.
- Insert into store-bought, boxed or homemade cupcakes!
