How to Make Halloween Cupcake Toppers:

Download the printable Halloween cupcake toppers and print on white cardstock (I use Neenah 65# Bright White).
Use a scissors or exacto knife to cut along edges.
Attach a toothpick to the back of each one with tape.
Insert into store-bought, boxed or homemade cupcakes!
