The Snickerdoodle bars are the best! Don't sleep on these. They are so much easier than making actual Snickerdoodle cookies, though those are tasty too, but the bars are delicious and everyone always loves them.
I made the banana bread as bars- I made one that was frosted and left one plain. OH MY GOSH!! This recipes is amazing!! Such good flavor and so moist. This is now my go to recipe! You need to try it!
I accidentally bumped the pan taking it out of the oven, so these Soft & Chewy Mall Cookie Bars don't look quite as good as they could, but that's okay because they are absolutely delicious! This is my third bake for the Skip the Scoop Summer Edition, and I feel like my limited baking skills are improving. But perhaps not my clumsiness. Anyway, I used Melt vegan butter, Bob's Red Mill egg replacer, and King Arthur GF measure for measure flour. Unfortunately I couldn't find the vegan "m&m's" I was looking for, so I used Unreal dark chocolate peanut gems, which are similar to peanut m&m's. I like how the colors look, and they are one of my favorite candies, so I'm not sad. Thanks again for another super easy treat a self-proclaimed non-baker like myself can make and enjoy!
The recipes are the best! The brownie has become my go-to recipe, and the chocolate chip cookie bars are so good. I want more! Bar cookies are my favorite and the book does not disappoint. #skipthescoop
Chocolate chip cookie bars..a yummy basic recipie
Monkey bread style pretzel bites..not pretty like millissas but boy are they delish
Had overriped bananas, so you know I had to make the best pan of banana bread!
Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats, made festive for the 4th! So good and so easy!
Not a pretty photo (compared to the cookbook), BUT the French toast bake is one of our family's favorite recipes out of the book! So easy to make, creates a good amount of breakfast, and is extremely delicious!
