Why I Love This Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam
- Taste better than Starbucks: since this homemade version is made with REAL ingredients (including real pumpkin puree) this cold foam tastes even better than the starbucks version. Plus, you can customize it to your preference
- Way cheaper: this pumpkin foam only cost $0.77 per serving (compared to $1.25 at starbucks)
- Easy to make: you can make this creamy cold foam in about 2 minutes or prep a big batch in advance to instantly add to your favorite iced drinks
Ingredient Notes & Substitutions
- Heavy whipping cream: the fat content in the heavy whipping cream helps create a stable foam and allows it to maintain its structure and creamy texture. It's super important for creating a study cold foam that won't immediately dissolve into your drink. You can also use regular heavy cream but your foam will be a bit thicker as it has an even higher fat content.
- Milk: use any kind of milk here! Whole milk, 2% or skim milk. You could also use your favorite non-dairy milk like oat milk, coconut milk or almond milk (for no extra charge!).
- Pumpkin sauce: make my homemade starbucks pumpkin spice sauce using sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling), cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract
How to Make Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

If you make too much foam, you can store leftover cold foam in the fridge for 2-3 days. Just reshake or rewhip with electric frother when your ready to use.
Frequently Asked Questions:
If your cold foam won't get thick, you might need a little more heavy whipping cream. If you add too much milk, the cold foam will be too runny. If your foam isn't thickening, you can add a small amount of heavy cream to thicken it up.
Cream whips best when cold, so be sure it's straight from the fridge when you make it.
