Instructions
- Peel, core, and chop the 2 apples into small ½" cubes. Tear the 6-8 Werther's caramel apple soft caramels into 3-4 pieces each. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat 8 ounces cream cheese and 0.5 cup Biscoff cookie butter for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed, being sure not to overmix and "deflate" the whipped cream.
- Lastly, gently mix in all of the chopped cubes and caramel pieces.
- To layer, transfer half of the salad to a clean bowl, then top with 6 crushed Biscoff cookies. Cover with remaining mixture.
- Warm up the remaining 0.25 cup Biscoff cookie butter and drizzle on top. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and decorate the rim with halved Biscoff cookies.
- Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. This is even better the next day as the cookies absorb all the flavor and get softer, which I like!

Delicious! Used as a dip with green apples!
Thank you so much for leaving a review, Heidi!
