Mine don't look nearly as good as yours, but the important thing is they taste amazing! Just like my favorite cookie. I used Bob's Red Mill egg replacer and GF 1-to-1 flour. You're not kidding when you say they slice cleanly. So easy! This is my 4th bake from One Crafty Pan as part of Skip the Scoop Summer.
