- Use the extract for more! The cake batter extract is also so good in cookies & frosting. I use it to make my frosted birthday cake cookies.

Ingredient Notes
- Vanilla Ice Cream: I like a white vanilla bean ice cream but you can use your favorite!
- Cake Batter Extract: I get this on Amazon but some grocery stores also carry it.
- Mix-ins: You can mix in brownies, hot fudge, caramel, or whatever you’d like!

How to Make Cake Batter Ice Cream:
- Freeze a metal Kitchenaid bowl for 20-30 minutes.
- Add ice cream and cake batter extract to bowl and use the paddle-attachment to mix until combined.
- Stir in mix-ins and enjoy!






Tips & Variations
- Add more mix-ins! You can add hot fudge, caramel, or whatever mix-ins you’d like!
- Make ice cream cake: You could spread it on top of a pan of brownies, freeze, then slice!

Servings: You can adjust this recipe based on servings; just use about 1.5 teaspoons cake batter extract per 1 ½ quarts of ice cream.

Ingredients
- 6 cups (1.5 quarts) vanilla icecream, slightly softened I used Kroger brand "Artisan Vanilla Bean"
- 1 ½ teaspoon cake batter extract I use McCormick Brand
- Optional mix-ins and toppings: Rainbow sprinkles, brownies, hot fudge, crushed candy
