Ingredient Notes
- Vanilla Ice Cream: I like a white vanilla bean ice cream but you can use your favorite!
- Cake Batter Extract: I get this on Amazon but some grocery stores also carry it.
- Mix-ins: You can mix in brownies, hot fudge, caramel, or whatever you'd like!
How to Make Cake Batter Ice Cream:
- Freeze a metal Kitchenaid bowl for 20-30 minutes.
- Add ice cream and cake batter extract to bowl and use the paddle-attachment to mix until combined.
- Stir in mix-ins and enjoy!
Tips & Variations
- Add more mix-ins! You can add hot fudge, caramel, or whatever mix-ins you'd like!
- Make ice cream cake: You could spread it on top of a pan of brownies, freeze, then slice!

Instructions
- Method 1: Freeze a metal Kitchenaid bowl for 20-30 minutes. Add ice cream and cake batter extract to bowl and use the paddle-attachment to mix until combined. Stir in mix-ins and enjoy! Method 2: Blend ice cream and cake batter extract in a blender. Depending on your blender, you may need to add a little milk to help it incorporate. Stir in mix-ins.
