This Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte is the perfect combination of fall flavors combining spicy chai and real pumpkin with the unique addition of the velvety texture of the pumpkin cold foam. Originally part of the secret menu, this drink was so popular they made it part of the regular menu. But now you can skip the drive-thru and make this popular drink right at home for way less!
Fold a few layers of paper towels together, then squeeze the ½ cup pumpkin puree between the layers until most of the moisture is soaked up.
Whisk together the 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice,½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and squeezed pumpkin puree.
Optional: Make Pumpkin Cold Foam
Place ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, cold 1 tablespoon milk and 2 tablespoon pumpkin sauce in a sealed mason jar and shake until thick and creamy.
Mix Drink
Pour the ½ cup chai tea concentrateand ½ cup milk into a tall glass. Then stir in the 2 tablespoons pumpkin sauce and mix until well combined.
Fill the glass with Ice.
Sweeten to taste with additional pumpkin sauce or syrups.
Optional: Top with Pumpkin cold foam or whipped cream for added flavor and texture.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Pumpkin pie sauce: The pumpkin spice sauce makes 36 tablespoons per recipe so if you larger batch of the chai latte recipe you will not need to double the pumpkin spice sauce.
