Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 3 Apples (we like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) peeled, cored, and cut into ½” bite-sized cubes
  • 2 cups Snickers candy bars 6 large Snickers or about 18 fun size (you can use more or less based on preference)

Instructions

  • To prep, split the Snicker bars into 2 sections. Chop half of them into small ½” cubes (1 cup). Then finely chop the other half to resemble crumbs (1 cup).  Set aside. (Remember to set a few of the cubes & crumbs aside for topping, if desired!) Also peel, core, and chop the apples (3 apples) into small ½” cubes. Set aside.
  • Mix together instant vanilla pudding (1, 5.1 oz. box) and milk (1 cup) with a whisk until smooth (note: since we’re using less milk than the normal box instructions, the mixture will look a little grainy and that’s normal).
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream (8 ounces), being sure not to overmix and “deflate” the whipped cream.
  • Lastly, gently mix in all of the chopped Snickers and apple cubes
  • If desired, top with the reserved Snicker cubes/crumbs and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
