Peach and Strawberry Smoothie

Because we are not adding extra sugar to this smoothie, the sweetness comes from the light vanilla yogurt and the natural sweetness of the fruit. The riper the peach, the better this is going to taste.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries whole
  • 1 cup frozen peaches sliced
  • 1 ripe peach sliced
  • 1 cup milk I used 1%
  • 1/2 cup orange juice I like pulp-free Simply Orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup light vanilla yogurt

  1. In a large blender, blend all ingredients together on high speed until smooth. If needed, stop the blender every 10 seconds to stir the mixture.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Recipe Notes

* For an extra protein boost, add in one scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder. I recently starting using Creamy Vanilla Profit from It Works as my primary protein powder (it's made from natural ingredients, superfoods, and is non-GMO).
