Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until thick and cream-colored (1-2 minutes). Stir in milk, cream, and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture in ice cream maker and mix according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
  3. Top with fresh-cut fruit, if desired.
