Alright, so I know I said yesterday that I was done with summer projects BUT I was cleaning out my draft folder last night on Wordpress and found this post that I never published. I had sworn that I did, but sure enough summer brain must have gotten to me bad and it somehow managed to leave this DIY in the dust. And since I’m not patient enough to hold it captive until next summer, you’re getting it now in all its late Fall glory. I mean, I suppose watermelon slices filled with watermelon slices wouldn’t be the worst thing to find in a Halloween bag, right?!

So let’s pretend it’s summer all over again and that the wintery snowfalls aren’t just around the corner. These printable watermelon candy pouches are simple to assemble and can be filled with whatever candy your sugar teeth desire.

Of course if I was you I’d fill them with these sour watermelon gummies (because hello, addicting!) but go crazy and stuff them with whatever ya’ like. M&M’s, sprinkles, pumpkin seeds, money, who knows. Like I said, go crazy.

Pair them alongside some of the other fruit party printables from this neck of the woods and you’ll have yourself a homemade party that didn’t cost ya much time or money to put together! Cha-ching. More money to go buy more candy. You know what they say, “Mo’ money, mo’ problems candy”.

Trust me when I say that this IS the last summer project of the year, but stop by again tomorrow when our regular Halloween programming returns!
PS. Anyone else kind of sad to see the summer projects go and get taken over by Halloween everything? I’m guilty and all (sorry, Halloween is my jam), but part of me wants to keep making fruit projects all. year. long.

I love this project! And I do feel sad about summer projects going away (even though I LOVE your Halloween projects!), these are so cute!
