S'mores on a Stick!
- 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 6 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter cut in pieces
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Add cereal to a large bowl.
In a large saucepan, melt together 5 cups of marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup on medium heat.
Once melted, removed from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over cereal and stir until coated.
Stir in last cup of marshmallows.
Pour cereal mixture into a greased jelly roll pan and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before rolling into balls.
Warning: These things are seriously addicting. Something about the gooeyness of the marshmallows and chocolate keep me going back from s’more…and more…and more.
