Okay, so in yesterday’s post I said I was done with Halloween. But I lied, because there’s one more DIY that I just couldn’t get out of my head. A few weeks ago, my family and I visited a few Amish country stores and I stocked up on bulk sprinkles and fun propping candies. Amongst the bag full of goodies were blue raspberry & watermelon gummy rings. Now, I may have been living under a rock all these years…but since when did peach rings turn into other fruity flavors? I’m aware that I’m probably the last person to hear about these, but either way, I couldn’t resist throwing them in my basket. So for the past few weeks, they have been staring at me from the candy shelf and I finally broke down and turned them into something. And that is how these little cyclop dudes were born.

All you need are skewers, gummy rings, and candy eyeballs to make these DIY Halloween Drink Stirrers!

To make the peach ring eyeballs, all you need are gummy rings, wooden skewers, and candy eyeballs. It helps if you let the gummy candies sit out in the air for a while, as it will be harder to keep the candy eyeball stuck into super fresh and soft ones. For the orange slice drink stirrer, I just put two orange slices together and then topped it with a tiny slice of a sour apple slice. And lastly, for the little three-eyed monster, I pressed one large eyeball and two small eyeballs into the top of a sour apple slice. You may need to poke shallow holes into the top of the gummy before pressing in the small eyeballs, as they will crumble if you press on them too hard.

All you need are skewers, gummy rings, and candy eyeballs to make these DIY Halloween Drink Stirrers! So easy & cute!

I think that wraps up the Halloween posts for the year…for real this time. I’m heading out of town for the weekend and by the time I get back, Halloween will be just around the corner. I don’t know which one is my favourite! These are so cute and funny, it’s amazing. I’d love to serve these with drinks and I’d also like to eat them all – best of both worlds, haha!! Xo, Sarah
