With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, there never seems to be enough time in the day to do what you want to do. Never enough time to read that book, go for that run, or set aside time to learn something new. I’ve realized that the times my life seemed the most balanced was when I was setting aside time for the things that I never had “time” to do. A week or so ago, a few bloggers announced a 1800 minute fitness challenge. To simply get 30 minutes of movin’ in each day, for 2 months, and bam you have your 1800 minutes. Sounds fun to me (minus the Jillian Michaels beat downs). Since I’m more of a visual person (who loves charts), I decided to whip up a fun printable to use to track the minutes. While this workout printable was created for fitness based goals, feel free to use the printable in other areas of your life where you just want to set aside some time each day to accomplish something new.

1800 minutes may seem like a lot, but when you break it down, it’s just 30 minutes a day for 60 days.

If you want to officially join the 1800 Minute Challenge, hop on over to any of these 4 blogs to sign up (it’s free!). There’s a bunch of ladies already signed up and it will be a fun way to connect with other peeps, while gettin’ yo fitness on.
