As college football is kicking in, a part of me is missing the excitement on campus of a new season. The FB photos, status updates, and rivalry posts are kicking in, and it’s weird to think I’m not going to be around for the last season of my college career. It’s strange, because I’m not that into football. It’s more of the environment of the thousands of screaming fans, tailgating, and the overwhelming school spirt that draws me in.
Last year, I posted a Tailgating treats roundup, which seemed to be a huge hit. So I figured I would come up with an original printable idea to go along with a delicious dip this year. A friend gave me the recipe for BLT dip, and as soon as I tried it, I was addicted. It. Was. So. Good. And I usually don’t even like tomatoes (although that is changing here in Italia).
But since dip can be boring to photograph, I forced myself to think of an idea to take it further. That’s when I thought of making the recipe into a scoreboard that you can print off and attach to the bowl for football parties or tailgating events. Everyone loves a new tailgating dip idea, right?

The recipe is incredibly easy to make and is super delicious. I don’t splurge on eating bacon too often, but this is one time it was totally.worth.it
Each ingredient is built into the recipe card, so you can print it off, attach it to 2 kabob skewers, and tape to the back of a bowl. The printable is two-sided, so you can glue/tape the back side to the front so people have a traditional recipe format to go off of. Plus, you can print off multiple and lay them next to the bowl at a tailgating party or event, so people can take the recipe with them! (Because I can guarantee people will be asking for the recipe on the spot!)

I like football for the food, which is really bad because football games are long which gives me a ridiculous amount of time to graze.
