Yesterday I posted a super simple recipe for apple chips, so today I’m sharing these little apple printables to house the fore-mentioned apple chips. I designed the apple printables to pop on as “lids” to these cute little paper cups. Whether you’re planning a little fall get together or you just feel like gifting some apple chips to a friend, print these off, assemble, and you have an easy apple gift idea.

I’m a little late for back-to-school use, but the apple printables can also be used next year when the kiddos are heading back to school. They would make for a fun teacher gift, or just as a little treat box year round. Fill them with whatever your heart desires (candy, a cupcake, a whole apple if you’re feeling healthy).

The free apple gift idea printable comes in two colors, with 4 “lids” on a sheet. Print off as many sheets as you like, as there is no limit!

I recommend printing these on a thicker card stock so that they firmly sit on top of the cups. Normal, thinner computer paper will be too floppy for these. After you print them off, simply cut out the circles, fill the cups, and adhere the printables to the top of each cup. I used double stick tape to adhere, but if you’re planning to transport these & would like the lids to really stay put, I recommend using a stronger food-safe glue or adhesive. A hot glue gun would also work well, but then you would want to make sure the food is wrapped or covered before glueing down (i.e. put the apple chips in a plastic bag before putting them in the cup). Because last time I checked, hot glue was not a recommended topping for apple chips ;)

And then just for fun, I tied some red bakers twine around the cups. I had some on hand from a old project, but you can find tons of colors of bakers twine at craft stores or online.
